What is Shakkei?

Shakkei is a Japaneses expression. It is very hard to explain but can be translated as the act of making use of the surrounding landscape in the design of a garden or landscape as background for a garden. It is very subtly, aesthetic, and is dominated by timeless beauty.

All this aspects can be found in my work as a fashion designer.
